Am Samstagmorgen, den 13.12.2025, machte sich unserer Trainer Andreas Hering auf nach Sch\u00f6nberg nahe bei Kiel zum TSG Concordia Sch\u00f6nkirchen, der Ausrichter des Taiso Lehrganges vom Judoverband Schleswig-Holstein (JVSH) war.
Insgesamt 6 Teilnehmer folgten den Anweisungen der Lehrgangsleiterin und Taiso Beauftragten des JVSH Andrea Sielemann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taiso (\u4f53\u64cd) ist ein japanischer Begriff, der w\u00f6rtlich „K\u00f6rpergymnastik“ oder „K\u00f6rper\u00fcbung“ bedeutet und beschreibt ein ganzheitliches Trainingssystem, das weit verbreitete Gymnastik\u00fcbungen in Japan umfasst, die K\u00f6rper, Geist und Koordination schulen. Im Rahmen von Judo und auch anderen Budosportarten dient es oftmals als Aufw\u00e4rmung, Mobilisation und allgemeine K\u00f6rperschulung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taiso kann von Klein an bis in das hohe Alter betrieben werden und ben\u00f6tigt bis auf die Freude an der Bewegung und Beweglichkeit keine weiteren Vorkenntnisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In den 4 Stunden von 10:00 – 14:00 Uhr vermittelte Andrea den teilnehmenden Judoka Mobilisations\u00fcbungen, Koordinations\u00fcbungen, Kr\u00e4ftigungs-\/Stabilisations\u00fcbungen, Dehnungs-\/Beweglichkeits\u00fcbungen, Lockerungs- und Entspannungs\u00fcbungen sowie Atem\u00fcbungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein weiterer Teil war das judospezifischen Taiso mit Tandoku-renshu (\u00dcbung ohne Partner) im Boden mit den Koordinationskreisen 1 bis 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es folgten neben der Demonstration, Erl\u00e4uterung und das gemeinsame \u00dcben der Kata Seiryoku-zenyo-kokumin-taiiku Tandoku-dosa kleinere Budospiele mit kurzen G\u00fcrteln f\u00fcr den Griffkampf, aber auch viele Dehn\u00fcbungen mit zu Hilfenahme des eigenen Judog\u00fcrtels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als zus\u00e4tzlichen aber auch schwei\u00dftreibenden Bonus konnten alle Teilnehmer noch das Judo Sportabzeichen des DJB absolvieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Abschlie\u00dfend sei zu sagen, dass der Lehrgang viel Spa\u00df und Freude gemacht hat und dass Taiso eine tolle Sache ist, die wohl auch in der einen oder anderen Form wieder in den Trainingseinheiten sei es im Kinder- oder auch Erwachsenentraining auftauchen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n
